LIMITED 10YR CONSTRUCTION, 5YR SEASONAL LIGHT WARRANTY FOR GRAND TETON ARTIFICIAL TREES
Coverage
Vickerman Company warrants these products against defects in materials or workmanship for five (5) years of seasonal use (up to 90 days per year) or 3,000 operating hours, whichever occurs first, from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to trees purchased new and sealed in their original cartons. Please read this warranty carefully and familiarize yourself with its restrictions and requirements.
Proper Storage
After the season, store the product promptly in a cool, dry place that does not exceed 100°F.
Remedy
If a light string fails within the warranty period, Vickerman will, at its option, repair or replace the defective part at no charge for the part. If a replacement is provided, it will be shipped via the ground service carrier of Vickerman’s choosing.
How to Obtain Service
Return the defective tree section with all of the following:
- A copy of the dated sales receipt with the store name clearly indicated (required)
- The product UPC code
- Your address and phone number
If you discard the original carton, retain the UPC code in case warranty service is required in the future.
Use Conditions
When using the tree outdoors, all electrical connections must be protected from rain, snow, and moisture.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper storage, or normal wear
- Burned-out, broken, or missing bulbs, or fuses
- Any alteration to the light sets, including removal of the light sets from the product (this voids the warranty)
- Fees or taxes applicable to shipments into Canada (not covered)
This warranty covers use of the item in the United States and Canada only. (Vickerman does not cover applicable fees or taxes when shipping into Canada.)
Inspection & Returns
At Vickerman’s discretion, you may either receive a replacement part or be instructed which part(s) to ship prepaid to Vickerman for inspection and remedy determination. All items/parts sent to Vickerman must be properly packed in an appropriately sized, sturdy carton. Vickerman is not responsible for damage to items en route to Vickerman.

Limitation of Liability & Arbitration
Repair or replacement as provided under this limited warranty is the exclusive remedy to the consumer and does not make Vickerman Company liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Any arbitration will be conducted in the State of Minnesota.
