What You Can Do With Projects

Projects allow you to organize, manage, and revisit your client designs with ease. Whether you're building seasonal programs, planning installations, or preparing quotes, the Projects feature helps you stay efficient and in control.

  • Save items into separate client projects for easy tracking
  • Add installation dates, descriptions, and notes to keep project details organized
  • Move approved projects directly into an order
  • Archive and retrieve past projects whenever needed

How to Create a Project

After logging in to Vickerman.com, you can create and manage projects from the My Account menu at the top of the site.

  1. Go to My Account and click My Projects
  2. Select Create Project
  3. Enter a project name (required)
  4. Optionally add a description, installation date, and notes
  5. Click Save to create your project

Once your project is created, you can begin adding products directly from any item detail page.

Adding Items to Your Project

Items can be added to a project as you browse the catalog:

  • Open any product page and select Add to Project
  • Choose an existing project or create a new one on the spot
  • Return to My Projects anytime to view, edit, or add items to your cart

Managing and Archiving Projects

The Projects list can be fully managed from your account. When a project is archived, it is simply hidden from the active list but remains accessible for future reference.

  • Archive completed or inactive projects to keep your list clean
  • Unarchive projects at any time
  • Revisit archived projects to rebuild, reorder, or adjust plans
