Includes 17 Brown Rubber Bands Pre-attached for Stretching Tightly Around Palm and Tree Trunks Keeping the Lights Securely in Place. Each Set is 2.4 Watts or .02 Amps which allows Connecting up to 41 Sets End-To-End. Sets are Balled for Easy Installation.
