These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the transactional text message program offered by Vickerman Company. By opting in, you agree to the terms described below.
Program Description
Vickerman Company sends recurring transactional text messages to customers about orders they have placed with us. Messages include order and shipping confirmations, backorder and oversold notices, ship-date changes, delivery exceptions, payment issues, and customer service messages. Some messages ask you to reply with a numbered option (for example, "Reply 1 to ship what's available") so our team can act on your order.
This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
How to Opt In
You may consent to receive text messages by any of the following:
- — Checking the SMS consent box on our website, your account page, or at checkout;
- — Giving verbal consent to a Vickerman customer service representative during a call;
- — Texting START or YES to 952-373-2001.

Message frequency varies and depends on your order activity.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. You may also opt out by calling (952) 373-2001 or emailing support@vickerman.com.
